Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility

State-of-the-art manufacturing and packaging facility that produces nutraceuticals, OTC pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and specialty biochemicals for customers worldwide. Current expansions to the FDA-certified facility will enable the company to provide $600M in manufacturing capacity.

Utility Transmission and Distribution

Transmission line project conceived to modernize the Southwestern power grid and distribute renewable energy resources from Arizona and New Mexico to customers and markets across the Desert Southwest. The two new electric transmission lines and substations will help meet the nation’s growing clean energy demand while reducing dependence on fossil fuels.

Biomass Manufacturing Facility

Wood pellet manufacturing plant capable of producing more than 480,000 metric tons of industrial wood pellets annually. The pellet mill will help to supplement Europe’s growing demand for sustainable, renewable bioenergy.

Project / Senior Living Development (Tampa, FL)

Senior Living Development

Located on the Gulf Coast of Florida, the 108-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care facility will be designed for a middle income population and will offer shared or companion suites, studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom living units with competitive amenities.

Project / Power Plant Utility

Power Plant Utility

The facility will build a 32 Megawatt (MW) net green energy woody biomass and chicken poultry fired power plant. The facility will be the first of at least four facilities we oversee that are built to use renewable resources as opposed to fossil fuels like coal or natural gas.

Bioplastics Facility

The bioplastics facility is one-million square feet and manufactures PHA bioplastics from renewable, natural resources. These plastics are 100% biodegradable and compostable, and equal or exceed petroleum-based plastic commodities for price and performance.

Aqua farm

The aquafarm is spread out over 23 acres and is comprised of seven separate quality controlled systems – each housing state of the art aquariums and filtering technologies that assure pristine growing environments, specifically calibrated to provide ideal conditions for numerous species of seafood currently in high demand.

Hotel/ Residential

Description: The hotel is a 132-room, full service, luxury hotel operated under an experienced brand. The hotel is outfitted with a full-service signature restaurant, a lounge, a lap pool, an exercise room, a business center, and approximately 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
