Privacy Policy

It is the policy of Gate Industries, LLC to protect the privacy of investors in Gate Industries’ investment projects. Therefore, Gate Industries will not disclose the names of investors to those outside of that particular investment project that each investor is invested in, unless required to do so by law. However, each investor has the legal right of access to names, contact information, and percentage of ownership of the other investors within his/her particular investment project. In addition, the investor recognizes that non-public information concerning the investor disclosed by the investor to Gate Industries or other agents (the “information”) (such as the investor’s name, address, social security number, assets and income) (i) may be disclosed to the Gate Industries administrator, if any, managing member or manager, attorneys, accountants and auditors in furtherance of Gate Industries’ business and to other service providers such as brokers who may have a need for the information in connection with providing services to Gate Industries, (ii) to third party service providers or financial institutions who may be providing marketing services to Gate Industries provided that such persons must agree to protect the confidentiality of the information and use the information only for the purposes of providing services to Gate Industries and (iii) as otherwise required or permitted by law.
